Maybe not the best, but a worthy video and an honest one. The artist does not have to have all the answers, but he must ask the right questions and ask them honestly. Wooden bat or aluminum? Honey dew or Casaba? Malt liquor or Ripple?

Well, watermelons are like Jones and his ilk, green on the outside, red on the inside. This is not a new metaphor.

I I have heard that before but is that the reason they were doing it? Was that a gathering of right wing conservatives?

No, I’m pretty sure not. The folks seemed like just folks to me, enjoying the spectacle.
No metaphors were damaged in the making of this video.

Cool video!
Remember when (not that long ago actually) environmentalists were called watermelons...Green on the outside and Red on the inside? (meaning they were Socialist/Communists for the uninformed)
That is the Van Jones Memorial! He was/is a watermelon!
A green jobs czar who was an admitted red (communist)
He alone has proven that the "nuts" were on the mark once again!

I thought they still were called watermelons. I guess that’s so last year. :^(
I liked it, anyway!
Die, watermelons!

Actually, I prefer the “R. Lee Ermey” approach to dealing with watermelons.
