I think that pic is from 2006 when she was "fasting." Still, I don't know that fasting would bring about that brand of ugly. AIDS leaves those kinds of lesions, I think, NOT that I'm saying she has AIDS or anything. Maybe dehydration from the fasting??? Either way...blech.
