Is Joan there? They said that Ted had their marriage annulled. What does that make their children?

by Church law, the children of Joan and Ted do not exist, nor do any of their offshoots. So the prayers of the faithful were not really prayers, except for Bobby’s kids.

Annulment has nothing to do with the Children as annulment means there was not a sacramental marriage. There was still a civil marriage. So the kids are not bastards.
