There are liberal Catholics and there are conservative Catholics. I never voted for Senator Kennedy and I disagree vehemently with his ideas and those of other liberal Catholics. I am hopeful that fewer babies will die in abortion mills now.
It is important to remind myself at this time that we are all sinners. There are only two individuals who lived perfect lives on this earth, who now live in heaven body and soul: Jesus the Son of God and his mother Mary. I only hope that when it is my turn to meet Jesus and be judged, that he may look upon my soul, with all my flaws and all the mistakes I’ve made in my life, with the same compassion and mercy as he does for Senator Kennedy and for all of my fellow brethren.
