It’s frustrating, isn’t it.
You wouldn’t believe the phone time I’ve burned up trying to get someone interested in this. Finally got a rep in my congressman’s office to spend about half an hour on the phone with me. It took about 20 minutes before he said “Oh! I see!”. Said he’d take it up with ...... somebody else. Who knows. I hate thinking $10 Billion of our money hangs on the question of how important was the next phone call he got. He may have shuffled it aside, for all I know.
I did ask him to get back to me, even if others showed no interest in it.
Does anyone have any suggestions for who/what organization might investigate this? I think it should be someone who lobbies or does political research.
Tomorrow I’m going to call
Club for Growth
and
Heritage Foundation
Any other ideas?
