I have emailed him a few times lately to register my dismay at this votes. Do you have anyone in mind to replace him?

She’s another one I can’t stand to look at with that down turned mouth.
She fits right in with the rest of the cult, especially Dingy Harry.

Catholics and Jews revere higher education. It makes perfect sense that they hold a higher percentage of position that require higher education.

ROTFLOL!!!

Catholic theology has done wonders for Mexico, South America, eastern Europe and Italy. Lolol.

My support for the next New Senator has not been vetted.
Unlike the Congress and the Senate, I WILL read the Bill/Info/Background, and Vote on The Principles of our Founding Fathers

No big deal. We knew she would be confirmed. I am glad she did not get 98 votes like ginsburg.

Lugar was not voting on behalf of those he represents back home. He has been in office too long, time to vote him out.

Most (not all) non-whites want non-white judges who’ll rule in their favor against whitey like that firegighter case. They don’t want non-white judges like Clarence Thomas who’ll try to be impartial. And you’re a racist if you complain about it.

I called Alexanders office today and told them he had forever lost my support.

I asked why, specifically, he had voted for her. The little office person read some weird statement about how Judge Roberts was treated so badly by the Democrats,
that he didn’t want to behave the same way blah, blah, blah, how qualified she was.

I hope you’re right that he’s done in Tn. He’s forgotten that he represents a red state, not a blue one.

It's too bad higher education doesn't necessarily equate logic or intelligence.

At least she is a dumbass. If she were smart, then I would be more worried.

This is what we have come to. Ugh.

That cartoon didn’t slow the trend, did it? Five Catholics became six Catholics.

What a bunch of ignoratii:

Benjamin Cardozo, a Sephardic Jew, was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1932. Sephardic (Sephardim) Jews had settled in Spain and Portugal.

Sotomayor is a latecomer. Not the first woman, not the first Hispanic. Surely the first “Schumeresque” Justice with an abundance of feelings.

We've replaced a quiet left liberal with a functionally illiterate yet loudmouthed left-liberal

For all my disagreement with the "quiet left liberal," she was at least grounded in law and logic, and often asked very tough questions of those who would take away liberties.

I don't see this one caring a hoot about the Constitution...OR the personal liberties of those she opposes.

Let’s hope she turns into the wise Latina she thinks she is.

Politics in total any more are nothing without that word "HOPE" attached to it is it.
