so far voting AYE!
He was a Democrat for years, wasn’t he? I see KBH voted “No”, but you know she must have hated doing so.
And we know the SCOTUS stepped right up to support the treasonus efforts to make 0’b legitimate.
Nope. Not a peep.
As President Obamas Supreme Court nominee comes under heavy fire for allegedly being a racist, Judge Sonia Sotomayor is listed as a member of the National Council of La Raza, a group thats promoted drivers licenses for illegal aliens, amnesty programs, and no immigration law enforcement by local and state police.
According the American Bar Association, Sotomayor is a member of the NCLR, which bills itself as the largest national Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the U.S.
Meaning the Race, La Raza also has connections to groups that advocate the separation of several southwestern states from the rest of America.
Over the past two days, Sotomayor has been heavily criticized for her racially charged statement: I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experience would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasnt lived that life.
The remark was actually made during a 2001 speech at the University of Californias Berkeley School of Law. The lecture was published the following year in the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal.

No way, no how ........
END THIS MADNESS !
Former Senators??? I hope those in their states remember this...
BTW, Obama is going to have at least two more nominations...
Both Ginsburg and Stevens are on deaths door...
What we had better hope for is that the four guys that are the originalists on the court had better stay healthy for at least a possible two term Obama administration...If Obama gets to replace one or more of them...
We be in heap big trouble kemosabe...
But nowhere near the gravitas, past
and traditional ideology. And I feel
pretty confident he’ll defend our
2nd amendment rights. You confident
she will ?
We have a clue how she will decide
issues, and it ain’t gonna be based
strictly on our Constitution.
I would, of course, prefer she not be on the court.
I suppose I’m trying to find some positive - any hint of one - in the event.
I said it was a stretch!
