Yep- one president and two vice presidents. The president is Chester Arthur - the veeps are Charles Curtis and John C. Calhoun

Not sure about the two veeps, but Chester Arthur’s father was a Scots-Irish American.

Barack Obama Sr was not an East African American, he wasn’t an ‘American’ anything.

Can you expand? Are you saying Calhoun’s father was not a citizen of South Carolina at the time of his birth in South Carolina in 1782?

Do you also think John C Calhoun was not a citizen of South Carolina at the time of the adoption of the Constitution in 1787-9?

Are you aware that Calhoun’s father, Patrick Calhoun was first representative from Up Country to Commons House of Assembly, 1769-1772; member of First Provincial Congress, 1775; second, 1775-1776; General Assembly, 1776; and frequently after until his death, 1796?

Chester Curtis was born in 1860 and his father fought for the Union during the War Between the States — what country are you saying his father was a citizen of in 1860?
