For Sebelius to make the point that ‘I've never seen congress’ work so hard; hours and hours on this’ is egregious. Most of these people would appear to have little knowledge of what hard work really is. They have tons of staffers, and if they had actually personally written the crap that's in that document they wouldn't have to ‘read it’ to know what is in it. They are clowns, and I apologize to clowns for saying that.
