I don't think any doubt can be entertained that her subsequent statement is meant to embrace the original longform birth certificate.

The words are overly parsed. Sorry, I take nothing for granted, including the officials’ honesty, for they have already shown themselves in a conspiracy to hide official information from parties with clear, weighty, and tangible interest in the whole facts as they may be known of Obama’s birth and citizenship.
