I know there was a divorce. It doesn’t mean he knew about it. The poster who has this theory apparently does a lot of work in family court.
Would Obama Sr have willingly lied on a marriage application that would be punishable by jail time AND would subject him to being kicked out of the country?
If so, what was he promised in return.

Who are you referring knew about the divorce, Obama I or II. Obama I definately knew about it because his lawyer had to say he did. They also gave I address as being in Cambridge at the time of divorce. He also did not contest it and the papers said they were lawfully married on 2/2/61 and lived together as man and wife until the time of divorce proceedings which cited mental cruelty.
