Btw, if anyone is interested in reading the laws in Kenya at that time there is a searchable database from the Kenyan government. For example, you can find that you could not mix statutory marriages with customary marriages. Therefore, Ann would have had to go to Kenya to get married. Their marriage here IF THERE EVER REALLY WAS ONE, was illegal and punishable by a jail sentence.

I wonder if the writer paraphrased or embellished her “quote” to include the part about ‘being born in Hawaii and a NBC’...since that was not included last time.

Don’t think so.
Natural born citizen is described in the 14th Amendment. Since Obama’s father is of a foreign sovereignty (Kenya), Obama would NOT be a natural born citizen and ineligible to serve as President.
Where’s the original birth certificate? Why is he hiding it?

There's no interpretation that these people are natural born citizens. And since that's the criteria that must be met in order to be eligible for POTUS, that's the only criteria that matters. Citizenship itself is irrelevant as far as this matter is concerned.

This present story seems very unreliable.

I don’t get the part about Obama not releasing his long-form birth document to the public and also opening his school records. I don’t get Barry and his sister Maya disagreeing about which Honolulu hospital he was supposedly born at. I don’t get the lack of any doctor or nurse coming forward who attended his birth. I don’t get the microfilm at local libraries with a birth notice that lists the Obama’s as living at a luxury home they never lived at and couldn’t possibly afford. I don’t get Obama’s mother attending classes at the University of Washington a few weeks after his birth. I don’t get the unsolved murder of the witness to someone tampering with Obama’s passport file. I don’t get how Obama travelled to Pakistan in 1981 when it was off-limits to US citizens. There’s so much I just don’t get!
Only a credulous fool thinks Barry isn’t hiding something important. Personally I don’t think it is at all likely that he was born in Hawaii.

Vital records, according the state of Hawaii website are "birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates".
So she's seen "vital records". Funny words if she meant "original birth certificate". Is she trying to say that there are more records than just a birth certificate...perhaps other documents used to support statements of Hawaii birth?
Remember the recent press release from Hawaii — that they have gone from paper to electronic records. Could the electronic records [original vital records] say one thing and the paper records [original birth certificate] something else???

I cannot speak for others, just myself. I would like to see POTUS Obama authorize the original “vault” copy of his birth certificate to be posted, unredacted. Then I would like for him to open up all academic records on himself plus any associated information on scholarships or loans. Did he take money as an Indonesian.
Then even if he was born in Hawaii and never actually became Dunham’s Indonesian husband’s adopted son, if he is indeed the son of Barrack Sr., a Kenyan, then POTUS Obama needs to step down gracefully from office because he IS NOT a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN in the constitutional sense because his father WAS NOT a US citizen - hench POTUS Obama has potential divided loyaltys and is not Natural Born.
Also, IF at any time, he claimed Indonesian citizenship...he also has divided loyaltys and should step down.

My wife just told me she has to write to Richmond, Virginia to get a copy of her birth certificate.

I didn’t hear it . I read the law.
For example, Sr could not have conferred his UK citizenship on Obama if born on US soil IF HE WAS BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK. I had to go round and round on this before a poster here finally got that I was right about it.
U.S. out of wedlock provision if he was born in Kenyan. 12 month residency required.

I think a lot of people missed the part about the marriage not being valid because his dad was a bigamist.
