It’s not. It’s the official ‘Certificate of Live Birth’ you get when you request your birth records from the State of Hawaii. Anoyone requesting birth records will get the same form:

It’s as useful for birth verification as the original, as it is a document stating Obama’s birth record on file w/ State of Hawaii. It is good enough for passports and driver’s licenses. Unless a massive and public forgery was committed to produce this COLB (which I understand is one birther claim - I dont agree with it), it means that Obama was born where and when he said he was: On Aug 4, 1961 in Honolulu.

She is sealing nothing. This press release made clear that Obama’s records are being treated no differently than other records wrt access by others.

Obama is a mediocrity. It’s likely he had lousy grades. that has nothing to do with when he was born, which was in Honolulu.
