So if I understand correctly, reimbursement schedules influence health care decisions and that’s a bad thing, so the solution is to create the great-great-grand-daddy of all reimbursement schedules and make sure it apllies to each and every person in the USA. Okay. Got it.
But if that doesn’t work out so well, how about a return to the fundamental principles of personal choice and responsibility?
