Not in this case. Under this law, I could head across a state line, get a concealed-carry license, and come back. If state A has a no-issue for domestic battery and state B doesn’t, guess what you’ve got? A batterer with a concealed gun. No thank you. I’ll do open carry if necessary.

Look up the word “useless” in the dictionary. You will find a photo of George Voinovich as part of that entry.

A guy that lost his gun rights because his vindictive ex-wife lied through her teeth to get him charged with a DV Misdemeanor and moved to a different State to get his gun rights back.
