Nasty letters from the Feds or the u.N. are nothing but paper, make them actually enforce it.

The fed govt is quickly becoming a crime syndicate. Nothing more. Jack booted thugs that think they can do anything they want. This administration is no different than the mob, on steroids.
Good luck acting on these letters feds.

Just like Tennessee, the State of Montana also needs to pass a law like the federal law making it a state crime to infringe on someone’s constitutional rights under color of law. That will allow the state to arrest and try BATF thugs and other federal thugs in State court and imprison them in State penitentiaries.
Put a few federal thugs in prison and the rest will not be so willing to violate people’s rights.

So what would happen if the Tennessee State police arrested the ATF if they try to break Tennessee law?

The first skirmish in the war to turn this country back from some of the more egregious usurpations of state and local authority by the suffocating central nanny government that liberal Democrats have foisted on us?

Is Montana one of the states that has reinforced the 10th Amendment?? Even if they aren’t, the ATF still cannot override the 10th Amendment which still, as far as I know, stands as part of the Bill of Rights.
This could be an interesting showdown between the state and the feds. Watch this one closely. Let’s see if zero will try to “isolate” that state for daring to pass and enforce its own laws in contrast to what the government wants.

You get states rights, unless Washington tells you there are no state rights?
Even if your citizens vote on it.
Iraq has a better Republic. The Kurds are semi autonomous.

The Governors of the States that pass 10th Amendment support laws need to stand together. When the feds threaten one of the States, the others need to stand up in support.
We need to be aware of what the feds are doing, and what they are thinking of doing. We should locate a sympathetic federal judge (a gun owner)
before anything starts to "go down".
Delay tactic: If the feds try to call out the Guard on a State, let the Governor say, "Sorry, we don't have the funds to pay for that (the economy, you know). And until the fed hands over cold hard cash, the Guard will just sit and wait".

This will get interesting. The governor or Montana is a Dem, but one of the most pro 2nd amendment governors in the country regardless of party. He has dared the Feds to come in and stop them.
