It reminds us of the capacity of human beings to commit great evil," he said,
adding that he had been especially struck by the seemingly incongruous presence of a church near the slave dungeons.
"Sometimes we can tolerate and stand by great evil even as we think we are doing good," he said.
Does Obama even realize what he just said at this slave fortress?? His words are an exact representation of his position on abortion and infanticide that he now supports in the USA. He sat in a church for some 20 years that supports the killing of unborn AND born children!

“Sometimes we can tolerate and stand by great evil even as we think we are doing good,”
I’d say that pretty much sums up Obama, the Democrat Party, and the Mainstream Media. When it comes to evil, Obama knows of what he speaks.

visiting the slave fortress of Cape Coast Castle yesterday reminded him of the capacity of human beings to commit great evil. His next stop should be Killer Tiller's clinic.

I also would have been deeply moved if I visited that place. I understand Obama feelings and moving thoughts.

Perhaps the black slave traders shouldn’t have captured and sold their brethren into slavery.

I agree. Making it up or his very young inexperienced in life speech writer is.
This man never got past community organizer in his abilities. Too bad. It has limited and narrowed his life.
