One of the best Governors in America-- Sarah Palin of Alaska-- has officially endorsed another of America's best Governors-- Rick Perry-- in Texas' 2010 primary race.
The news underscores the appeal Governor Perry has among both social and fiscal conservatives in the GOP. Sarah Palin is a true rock star of the Republican Party and has earned high praise for her fiscal discipline and her commitment to transparency and government reform.

Uh... seen the news lately?
Just sayin'.
Guv Goodhair vs. KBH. Not much to choose from for conservatives.
She did so already months ago. Kay-Faily Hutchison is an anti-life rinocrat who tries to endear herself to democrats and who thinks it’s funny to use lame-ass Tina Fey and Chrissy Matthews lines to bash Palin.
She’s Gov. through 07.26.’09.
I have. And she’s still the Governor of Alaska until around the end of the month.
Yes, we have. She’s still a Governor until the end of the month.
Palin should pick Perry as a running mate.
Didn’t notice that...saw it in my facebook feed and thought it was new.
If I were here I wouldn’t endorse anybody, look at that last Republican guy running off to brazil or whatever, nobody really knows these folks, it can only hurt her in the end, they’re all rino’s anyway
The PP ticket...
She should have remained nuetral on that one. Perry is just the lesser of two evils.
Not until Perry gets off toll roads and open borders.
Rick Perry is an idiot. I seem to be using that word alot lately, but I do not use it lightly. Kaye Bailey (Oh please dear God let Kaye Bailey run for Gov) will kick his butt in the election. I do not know one Republican who will vote for Perry over Kaye Bailey, who is much loved and respected.
Hutchison is Hillary lite. And after taking potshots at Palin she should consider changing the party.
I'm not sure he could even be reelected here much less nationally.
His trans-texas corridor idea in particular has lost him tons of support, as well as trying to force 6 or 8 new coal plants down the throats of central Texans.
He is so hated universally that the democrats actually have a shot here in 2010 and 2012 if you ask me.
The country is screwed up enough as it is without that con man.
I agree, albeit w/1 exception. I hope she comes out strong for Marco Rubio over Dumbcrap Lite Charlie Crist.
For the love of pete, what is up with grown men calling themselves Charlie? Charlie Gibson, indeed! If that buffoon were interviewing me, I would punctuate many thoughts with the affectionate/patronizing Charlie.
Texas could certainly use some coal fired plants. Electrical rates here are among the very highest in the nation often running over $0.13/kwh, they are an absolute joke for an energy producing state. And it’s because the greens have so far succeeded in stopping any coal fired plants. They’re fully twice as high as I was formerly paying in Kansas from coal and nuke.
There are things about Perry I don’t like, but pushing coal is a great idea.
