If Obama’s first term is halfway as successful as his first half year, “Terms” will no longer be an issue.
He has already proven that the constitution can be used to justify what the government CAN do as opposed to what it CANNOT do.
In as far as legality goes, the treasury secretary by law is far more powerful than the president in unilaterally implementing policy. The act which gave him this power should be ample proof that a third term presidency is child’s play in comparison.
