Amazing how many on this thread are knee-jerk armchair blaming the wife, but the police aren’t.
When you hear hoofbeats, think horse, not zebra. In my experience, 7 out of 9 times, it's the female who is the real reason for the marital disquietude. Nowadays, IMO, women are far more likely to cheat, and MUCH more willing to throw it in the face of their man.
We'll likely never find out the truth, she killed the opposing side of the story.
