Did you ask to speak to her supervisor or get her name? No. I figured she was expressing a personal opinion and she's entitled to that.
If MET company policy differs from hers she will hear about it from up the chain. I did not want to get into an argument and be hung up on.
I was polite and firm however.

Looks like I will be calling my insurance agent of many years to have him make sure I have no Met Life products and to make a note in my file that there are never to be any.
