Umm, what kind of manpower is this going to take let alone the cost. This should be considered a work hazard. These doctors choose to be abortion doctors let them pay for their own security. There's more shootings in urban hospital emergency rooms then abortion clinics I don't see US Marshalls protecting them.
My hatred for these fascists thickens because of how they use incidents to further their agendas.
