OK, I watched the LONG video segment. He said a large number of remarkably stupid things, including historical inaccuracies and things that are no doubt highly offensive to Serbs, but nothing remotely like what the article claims he said.
Also this was not a Larry King interview, as the article states.
Biden is a world class panderer. It’s not that he’s anti-Serb, I expect, as much as he’s anxious to tell his listeners whatever he thinks they want to hear. I doubt he personally gives a rat’s ass about Serbia.
If you want people to believe the statements in the article, just post video showing that he actually said those things. Until then, I continue to doubt he did.
