This point of the posted article, if it logically followed the headline, would be, "Obama, (or whatever his legal name is) lied on his Illinois Bar Application," specifically in regard to aliases.
End of story. Eminently provable, and if Obama/Soetoro wanted to contest it, he would have to do some disinterring of his own, namely providing the records of his life.

You know, its time to quit the huggle muggle of trying to get Obama out of office before his 4 yrs are up. I don’t care what is cooked up with that goal in mind, its just not going to happen.
Our efforts would be better spent in building up an opposing political agenda for the presidential election in 2012. I am concerned that the GOP is just too fragmented and in a frenzy right now.
We need cool heads with an intelligent approach. Right now I think the Libertarians are better equipped than the GOP.

Lawyers think they are entitled to ignore the law as it applies to them. Lawyers consider themselves above the law. Lawyers own the law. Laws are not for them, they are for them to control you. That’s why lawyers want every aspect of existence to be defined by and constricted by laws. They want total control over everything. If humans are ever going to be free, they need to find a way to control lawyers. And don’t try using laws to do it.
And disbarring Clinton had what consequences? Let’s save our time, money and resources for battles that will help save the Republic.
