Well, we all know that Gretta won't be talking about this one. When it's a happy ending, she doesn't want to show good news.

A little young to be playing Huck Finn & Tom Sawyer, isn’t he? :)

So glad to hear that all turned out well, and that this little guy is safe! Can’t imagine what the family went through...

God bless those who searched as well!

I didn't see a mention about using Bloodhounds, just dogs. As a Bloodhound owner I can guarantee you that a trained Bloodhound could track in the rain after only a day or two. A lot of Bloodhound tracking stories might be over rated but a trained man tracker wouldn't have taken two days to find the boy. The story doesn't mention what kind of search dogs they used, not that I could find anyway.

This is great news about the little boy! I hope the strays were rescued too.

Here is my big boy. He turned 12 months old in March and is already well over 100lbs. He was 94lbs when he was 9 months old. I haven't had him trained for search and rescue but he has a nose you wouldn't believe. If he figures out how to open the fridge I'm in big trouble! These pictures were taken when I refitted his harness. I have to let it out every month.
