...and his sky-high ratings among African-Americans make some of his positions appear a bit more popular overall than they actually are. Excuse me? If the man gets a 65% approval rating, including a 100% approval rating from 15% of the population, he still has a 65% approval rating.
Unless the Washington Examiner is implying that African-Americans don't count towards Americans overall.
