Good luck to you. I missed the hand/mouth and blowing smoke movements of actually smoking. This is a great replacement. You can still get the nicotine. But you also can lesson the amount of nicotine in the e-cig by cutting it with glycerine or buying the liquid in different nicotine strengths.

I really love that I don't smell like an ashtray anymore..or bother anyone else in my home with smoke. I use the 901 mini.

That's been one of the reasons why I never considered patches or gum as replacement therapies. I would want the physical action of smoking too much, and would likely revert to my addiction in no time.

This sounds like just the right therapy for me.
