Obama just came back from his European campaign for World President. He will just let the Pirates get paid off and give them what ever they demand.

If he were serious about stopping this once and for all, he would have ordered the military to level the village the Pirates come from, have already sunk the hostage boat, as well as the other boats coming out with more hostages.
