I think Ramesh is wrong on this point, however, he has written good things at NR and the book “The Party of Death”...

Worse. He’s one of the enlightened from National Review. A worthless publication these days.

Screw dignity. I’m not exactly a fan of Coleman and think the Republicans *almost* deserve to lose for not foreseeing this in advanace and stopping the theft of the seat, but on principle it’s beyond stupidity to advocate he drop out for something as flimsy as personal “dignity”. There is no dignity in walking away from a race he won that they stole. And it’s not like he’ll probably win again given the demographics of that state, so he might as well hold to the bitter end. Besides, it keeps Franken out of the Senate and that isn’t a bad thing.
