I don't think the U.S. reducing its nuclear weapons capabilities will encourage allies and "partners" (like Russia?) to cooperate with us.

Those that have guns are less likely to become victims, it's the same for countries with nukes. This dude is going to get us all killed.

well, at least the guy is consistent. His nuclear policy is the same as his gun policy...

... if you outlaw nuclear weapons, only outlaws will have nuclear weapons.

Well, if you disarm yourself, how do you enforce rules and punish violators who refuse to disarm themselves?
