This is the SECOND time they have used Missouri as their laboratory to impose outright fascist tactics. Both times they backed away from it after it didnt float, but it wont be the last time authoritarian strategies will be tried/used by this administration.

Here's something else to consider... they figure they have Iowa and some other midwest states in the bag so to speak. If they can get some conservatives to move out of Missouri then they can chalk it up as all blue.
