WASHINGTON, D.C. -- There is a "100% chance that there will be . . . an attack on U.S. soil," conservative author David Horowitz said Thursday.
Horowitz made the prediction while speaking to a George Washington University student group, after being asked about the possibility of U.S.-Iranian conflict. In the event of such a terror attack against the American homeland, Horowitz predicted, there will be widespread public outrage against U.S. liberals.

I’ve said for some time that I believe we will experience a terror attack on our soil rivaling or exceeding 9/11 within the first year of Obama’s administration. I made this prediction before the election, and Obama’s foreign policy actions and rhetoric since taking office have only increased my confidence in the prediction.
Much harder to rebuild the entire country.
I have only one and he lives in LA. Islamists won't be safe anywhere in the world if he's harmed.
I wonder if they keep trying to disrupt New York City???
Even with a multi-city attack, it seemed central to the plan, well maybe DC that time too...no one is safe?

I have to agree this may be the year...and the ports are such a target that I would not want to work or live in NJ or West Coast port towns.
What do I know? I have worried for New Years Eve in NY and Super Bowl Games too...so I don’t know much at all!
They do have a habit of striking the targets that they have designated. LAX, NYC, the Pentagon, the White HOuse..centers of US power. I vote LAX. It is the the softest target and can be approached with a large vehicle bomb. It is the only thing that they can do easily at this point. A vehicle bomb followed up by footsolders with bombs and weapons..like Mumbai, which may have been a dry run. NYC..Wall Street would be another possible target.
I still think it is highly unlikely..our guys have put a lot of pressure on them in unlikely places. How many good planners do they have left..lots of kooks, but how many effective leaders.

They attacked the WTC twice. I think they will seek out as high a profile target as possible. The WH and Capitol building would be the most attractive. They tried to get the WH on 9/11. They may go after it again like they did the WTC.
