In TX the property owner has a right to keep weapons off they're property. I have people coming on my place all the time, working on wells and associated equipment. I have signs posted on all my cattle guards saying no firearms allowed. If I catch ya with one your off my place forever, if I catch ya poaching you're going to jail.
