Open Letter to the RNC
Vanity | 3/17/2009 | pgyanke

March 17, 2009

Michael Steele
Chairman, RNC

Dear Mr Steele,

I’ve just received your second request for contributions. It will receive the same response as the first.

No one had to contact me to contribute to the campaign once Sarah Palin was on board last year. Save your postage. I will contact you when you give me a reason to contribute again. Any financial hardship you face in the meantime is the natural result of a party taking its base for granted.

Advice for you and the rest of the GOP establishment: If you want to survive politically, don’t just be politicians pandering to identifiable demographics. You will never strip away the support the Democrats enjoy from those who will vote for the (D) by the candidate’s name—even were he Satan himself. To win, you will need to read the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Federalist Papers and articulate what you find there. Do that, and you will have the support of a solid majority of Americans fed up with politicians selling us into generational debt and government enslavement.

I will be watching and waiting for a reason to support you and your failing organization.

Sincerely,

An American first and a Republican only by default

I sent this letter today in the return envelope provided by the RNC for their ridiculous survey.

Right on! That is pretty much what my mom used to tell them: I’ll donate when you start acting like Republicans.

Oh yes, the RNC is getting a lot of these letters lately. My latest went out just yesterday! They just don’t get it. Even with the defeats they and we have suffered, they still will not wake the hell up.

I wish they’d stop acting like Republicans and start acting like conservatives again.

I will start donating again when you organize an active campaign to get rid of all the RINO’s in the Republican party including the 3 idiots Senators who voted for the socialist stimulus package. Snowe, Collins and Spector.

I will not donate to the Republican party if any of its members support anything that resembles the Fairness Doctrine.

I will not support a Republican Party that stands idly by during war time while Democrats commit acts of treason and not make them accountable because you are too afraid of the mainstream media.

I will not support a Republican Party that will not support our Border Guards and will not secure our borders.

Thanks pgyanke. People need to know that they can make their voices heard. And if enough of us write letters like yours, I would hope that they have to pay attention. I send emails to Steele all of the time: wonder if they get read???
I have told him that I will not give any donations to the RNC until I have evidence that retalitory action in the form of fund withholding campaign contributions will be given to the three traitors: Collins, Specter and Snowe.
He said this is up to the individual state party chairs, insinuating that he doesn’t have alot of power to influence their reelection chances.
Excuse me?

The problem with the GOP is that they have been rejecting the Reagan Republicans. Never mind the Reagan democrats.
They actually think that they can be the martini drinking Republicans and get elected. The rich Rats are laughing at them.

I sent their letters back for a while with letters protesting the cowardly republican gay pantywaist communist dopers. Then I started sending their letters taped to an envelope containing heavy rocks and the letter questioning their sexual orientation. Then their return letters got sent back with their post paid labels taped to envelopes with a brick inside. I also got phone calls from RNC begging for money. I explained why I did not trust them and would conribute under no circumstances. Then I let them jabber for an hour just to waste their time. At the end I let them know, just as I had an hour before that I will mail them another brick and nothing more until they kick the lindsey (Lohan) graham’s, snowes, collins, spector-sphinctor types out of the party. They finally quit calling just as I ran out of bricks.

And their recent letters actually address those of us who wrote those letters telling them why we were not giving. They say, “Give to us know; we’re going back to our roots, etc.” As they say in Missouri, “Show me.” The Republican Party sends way, way too many mailings, even in good times.

I get calls from the RNC almost everyday, letters probably every week. Phone calls come in from the NC GOP regularly. None receive answers. You stated the reasons for my lack of response quite eloquently.

I know you have to get a mule's attention with a 2x4 but what do you use on an elephant?

Thanks. You spoke for me as well.

Sending letters gets tiresome when results are scarce.

There is only one party now. It’s been this way for a long time. The socialist party rules both parties of our two party system. Everything is finally in place. Obama’s task is to take us to the next level. And who else would be better suited than him to accomplish the mission?

It’s a done deal that was decided in exclusive elite private chambers years ago. Obama is merely the tool being used to torque the process. And now, those who pull the strings who determined our fate years ago, can blame it on the butler.

It’s a sweet deal for them. They remain anonymous while while the butler takes all the blame. Noone knows the diference.

Well, execpt maybe me, and a few others.
