What do you mean by single shot bolt action? Most modern bolt actions carry anywhere from 3 to 5 rounds in an internal box magazine.
Most single shot bolt action rifles are training rifles found a lot in .22 lr such as this Kimber model 82 you can buy from CMP:

Mostly I was just being facetious. I really don’t think that Obama is going after our guns right now. I can see an assault on our ammo such as high taxes and this current thing the Pentagon is doing by destroying military surplus brass. They can’t do away with CMP because it is now privately owned but this administration will be hostile to gun store owners, (think ATF) things like that.
