PRESIDENT Bush walks across the White House lawn to greet Tony, commenting; "I see you got your new leg!"
President Bush had presented Tony his Purple Heart months before and remembered his name and the nature of his injuries. Tony was shocked and appreciative that his Commander-in-Chief would remember him in such a way.
