Savage Nation, I consider angry I listened to 'Savage Nation' for one entire show and part of another. I had to stop. In that period of time I had to conclude that he was neither pleased nor angry. He is simply a nut.

Don’t overlook Roger Hedgecock...
He has business experience along with his political experience.
I would love to see a Republican government with Tom Sullivan as Sec Treasury, also.

I listed last fall to JC Watts on Hannity give his opinion that it would be so great to see a black man make it as president.
JC has fallen in heights I did not foresee as he is another black and white politician who grades people by the color of their skin.

Steele’s penance should be to spend three hours a day listening to the Rush Limbaugh show so he can get a clue. His sucking up to Democrats got him nowhere in his run for the Senate in Maryland and he apparently didn’t learn his lesson.
To: goldstategop
Does Michael Steele understand conservatism? No but he has a firm grasp on the Rap culture.

Maybe the Bay Area folks should listen to “The Great One” and learn. It’s their fault that we have Nasty Pelosi!

Rush is conservative, not Republican, except by coincidence.
Savage works radio, which is a “hot” medium. Rush is often agitated, as are Beck, Levin, etc.

When Michael Savage gets angry it’s usually because he sees justice being destroyed or some group hurting an innocent person or when political correctness is wounding a worthy institution.
There is such a thing as righteous anger.

No, I'm not willing to throw Steele out. He snapped at some bait like a whole bunch of GOPers do. I'm willing to wait and see if he's learned anything. And if he learns something, that'll be a plus to his leadership.
I'm OK with giving MS the benefit of a doubt, that he was playing "good cop" and trying to get some sympathy going and he ended up screwing the pooch.
So, I'm till with ya, Mike. Watch out for the next pooch.

I really, really wonder if Steele is asking himself, "What happened?" Plus he is asking himself the corollary question, "Am I really this stupid?"
I suggest he's like most pols, he's sitting back thinking "Who do these mouthy jerks think they are? I'm in charge and I don't need a bunch of Limbaugh lackeys second guessing me."
Tis a shame we can't find qualified individuals to seize the tiller and stear the S.S. (R)nc off the reef.

I have seen Steele be good like at the GOP convention last year. So I will give him the benefit of the doubt for now. But as Steyn says, this smack of Steele buying into the DC view of the world. That is not good in the leader of the RNC.

the solution here is a no-brainer. Rush should do a live 30 minute on-air interview with Steele.

Excellent. Not a word needs to be changed. Great job!
An idea: forward it to Michelle Malkin -- maybe she'll post it on her website.

I am disappointed, but Id have to agree that he is not. Id love to see JC Watts take a more prominent stage in politics. Did Mr. Watts ever decide who he was going to vote for in the last pres election?

Who did Watts decide to vote for in the last pres election?
To: Graybeard58
I don't know. Was it a tough choice for him?
