The Constitution of the United States of America, Article I, Section 5: Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members.

The ONLY people who have standing to bring a lawsuit to SCOTUS are Senators who were in office when BHO was in the Senate.

SCOTUS will not let the lawsuits be introduced for arguments BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION.

If these Lawyers want to bring a Lawsuit, I propose bringing a lawsuit against the entire SENATE for failure to "Judge" the "Qualifications" of then Senator BHO.

It's so much fun (sarcasm) to watch SCOTUS all of a sudden go defending the Constitution as written rather than as a 'living breathing' entity which BHO finds 'troubling.'

Is the POTUS a member of either house?

If this is true, every atty bringing suit needs to see this. Would it require a massive class action suit against the senate? .. and even with a suit against the senate, could it really force them to actually make the inquirys? If we’re counting on the likes of Polosi or Reed to be fair minded, then it’s moot. .. not going to happen. (not without a massive media circus to expose the con coverup - which is highly unlikely)

Notice this does not include the President, but each house and their members.
