I am very conservative, but think pot legalization makes total legal AND economic sense. Quit putting small time pot smokers in jail and start generating some revenue. It’s a win-win.
they were thought to be a joke back then, at least at the start. Conservatives of the day were not inclined to be harsh to these people.
