"Officer Easterling's consent form as Active military officer deployed with the US military in Iraq joins legal action by Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ to unseal vital records of Barack Hussein Obama, AKA Barry Soetoro.
To Any and All Interested Parties,
As an active-duty Officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibilty of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the Office of President of The United States. He has absolutely refused to provide to the American public his original birth certificate, as well as other documents which may prove or disprove his eligibility. In fact, he has fought every attempt made by concerned citizens in their effort to force him to do so.
Until Mr. Obama releases a "vault copy" of his original birth certificate for public review, I will consider him neither my Commander in Chief nor my President, but rather, a usurper to the Office - an impostor.
My conviction is such that I am compelled to join Dr. Orly Taitz's lawsuit, as a plaintiff, against Mr. Obama. As a citizen, it pains me to do this, but as an Offficer, my sworn oath to support and defend our Constitution requires this action.
I joined the Army at age 40, after working in Iraq as a contractor with KBR in '05/'06. I chose to work with KBR to support my troops and then left that lucrative position when the Army raised it's maximum enlistment age to 40. Upon completion of Basic Training, I entered Officer Candidate School and commissioned as a 2LT in August 2007. After completing the subsequent Basic Officer Leadership courses, I was assigned to Ft. Knox and shortly therafter deployed to Balad, Iraq. I was promoted to 1LT on Feb. 2, 2009 and I have approximately five months remaining of our fifteen month deployment.
I implore all Service-members and citizens to contact their Senators and Representatives and demand that they require Mr. Obama prove his eligibility. Our Constitution and our great nation must not be allowed to be disgraced.

Alas..they may just court-martial him, and bury the issue at hand. Legal delays could extend past the end of Hussein’s 2nd term in office. And the Dem’s might repeal that amendment anyway, as “too limiting” for our times!
This will look real good on 1LT Easterling’s next fitness report (or whatever the Army calls them).

Does he have standing?
I think it is a courageous thing to do...he could “accidentally” get shot over there....but I would guess there are quite a few that think like him..they just can’t come forward for fear of retribution.

Why do I think that this is a lawyer “using” an Army officer?
I looked to see if he was signed up with the Anysoldier program so I could send him a care package but he wasn’t listed. It’s probably a good thing. There are some people who might send him some not so nice stuff.

If Lt. Easterling is indeed court martialed for this act, it will create a flood of military people standing up in his stead.
Good for you! Probably best for him to retain what anonymity he can, though, although the 0bots are probably already hot on his case.
It may come to a military coup to stop the coup by the Communist usurper sitting in the WH and destroying our country day by day. It’s only been a MONTH, and look what all he as done. He is going to take us down fast. I have a very bad feeling this isn’t going to end with an election in 2010. I think by then, there will be no elections and I truly believe that as do many others.

I don’t know why you would think that. I know plenty of enlisted and retired military and every single one that I have talked to has the same reservations.
How very true. The mark of a soldier is someone who does more than talk, or hope, or pretend, or complain, but actually puts his body and life on the line.
You have to destroy the Constitution in order to save it. Makes perfect sense. </sarcasm>

She has quite a few people joining her suits including congressmen and inactive military.
The question has always been if they have standing or not, I can’t see how he does not have standing, but that is up to what the SCOTUS says.
Regardless, it is now time for us to watch the news and see that he is not crucified for speaking out.If he is we MUST defend him as he is defending us.
I think he’s “using hi” becasue the lwyer needed someone with possible “standing” for the suit (yet to be determined).
If the suit doesn’t go forward, the lawyer doesn’t really pay a penalty and goes on. The officer, on the other hand is associated with the lawsuit and it will follow him for his career.

If someone isn't eventually found to "have standing," it is going to come down to those of us who "are standing."
While I am wondering out loud, so to speak ... why hasn't someone simply asked a "judge" just what constitutes "standing" in this case?
