I hate to break it to you, but you already are, and have been for a very long time.

Either we fight with all we have or soon all will have nothing. Economic chaos is Hussein’s first goal and the sooner is comes the faster he intends to move to the next step to consolidate his power base.

Sir, there is an alternative:

The constitution allows the states to call a constitutional convention any time they like.
The sole purpose in this case would be for:

1. Ratification of an amendment repealing the 16th amendment.

2. Granting states sole responsibility for the collection of taxes from individual citizens and business except for tariffs.

3. Restrict congress from creating any law or taxes not specifically related to granted authorities as defined by the constitution.

Currently approximately 2/3 of the States are Red States. I believe a 2/3 majority is what would be required to ratify the constitution.

The 16th amendment gave birth to the Federal Government monster and the states are the ONLY entity that can possibly reign in the feds.

If it can be repealed we will have a much better chance of stopping the destruction of America. As part of the act of repeal, congress may not create any law not specifically related to its constitutionally authority.

Now is the time. The polls indicate a very low congressional approval of around 11%? Congress has overstepped its mandate considerably.

Almost half of the state legislatures are considering or have representatives preparing to introduce resolutions which reassert the principles of the 9th and 10th Amendments to the Constitution and the idea that federal power is strictly limited to specific areas detailed in the Constitution and that all other governmental authority rests with the states.

Now is the time. Please contact your state and local representatives and ask them to please consider the above!

The Proud and Extremely Ethical United States Military WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN,Why, you ask, because no officer is duty bound to follow an illegal or immoral order.

True enough now....but not necessarily during a prefabricated crisis.

All Obama has to do is create a crisis by passing a very high firearms license/tax. Enough to start a few high profile Lexington Green's part two: Say in Waco or Ruby Ridge or Eldorado or the like.

As soon as people start firing on National Guard or such, well, the Army is going to do their duty to restore order under the constitutional authority of the POTUS whether they agree with him or not.

It's not as simple as just saying the Army are moral, ethical, professionals.

Those positive qualities could perhaps be used jujitsu style.

"The Federal Govt must be defeated and restored to the form our founders intended."

The sooner the better. The more time the Usurper has, the worse it will be. I wonder how our military will react, obey the Usurper, or will a general have the balls to refuse? (which the constitution says he has to)

The constitution prohibits the military from being used against the people.
That’s why I was wondering who the top generals would obey, the Usurper in chief, or the constitution of the USA?

My state of residence is a write off - Michigan - as we’ve been blown away by a foreign liberal Dem.

Excellent point - zero is like King George III, not Lincoln.
