I can just imagine someone in Texas seeing that Ashley Judd ad and thinking... wow... that could be a great way to get rid of pigs too!

I’d love to be a part of it. It’s already easy to get a permit and there’s a year-round season. But above all, I love pork, especially the smoked and cured kind (damn the nitrates). Texas beef BBQ is great but I love pork ribs.

I would be willing to pay a pretty good amount of money to go to texas and whack some pigs from a door gunner position. I’d pay enough it would thoroghly piss off the Mrs.

A state lawmaker is proposing to allow ordinary Texans with rifles and shotguns to shoot the voracious, tusked animals from helicopters.

My lord Noooooo! Ordinary Texans with rifles! Nooooo! Only Gov people are smart and rich enough to shoot pigs from a helicopter.......

We alaskans will loan you texans some wolves for a while. when they are done taking care of your pigs, we'll shoot them from airplanes.

Everybody knows Alaskans are better shots than Texans...we shoot from airplanes, not helicopters. Why wouldn't we be, we have over twice the landmass and all the "dangerous" game.

Just "funnin" with ya'll.

Aww.. little piggies running helter and skelter while mother Sarah blazes away from above. I hope they send a complimentary video footage to Ashley Judd.

This is bad. I have no intention of shooting Oprah, Rosie O donnell, Aretha Franklin and Michael Moore from a chopper.

Texas may let hunters shoot pigs from choppers

That's what you get when pigs ride Harley's.

But now they had better watch their hairy backs.

Ya'll start wearing a shirt when you're raiding the neighbors cornfield, ok?

At Sun-N-Fun last year I talked to a guy at the Rans plane exhibit who gets paid by the state of Wyoming to shoot cayote.
It’s a light sport plane that will fly up to 100 m.p.h. or as slow as about 25.
Pilot sits in front, shooter in back and the doors are off.
They simply record lat. long. on their g.p.s., make their report and the state govt. pays them per cayote.
State of Florida needs to let us hunt wild hogs from the air.
Way too many wild hogs and boar here in Florida, open season all year.
Hell all we usually do is tie our selves to the bow sprits of our boats and shoot flying fish with 20 gauge shot guns offshore.

Well, if they would think twice about it, they could use the pigs to keep the Muslims out of their territory... LOL...
