I have a better idea. Why not take 4 or maybe 8 years off and refrain from impairing your constituents discretionary income. There ain’t much of it left.

I’m sorry, but can someone tell me what this would look like? What is a carbon emission and who emits it, and how is it measured and taxed?

Check this out.

What is Carbon Trading?

http://www.cbc.ca/documentaries/passionateeyemonday/2008/burningseason/whatcarbontrading.html

It’s trading money for hot air or the right to discharge more, essentially. The UN is all for a carbon tax which pretty much means anyone who breathes is probably going to be taxed on their breath someday, as crazy as this world is getting..

a risky scheme in the eyes , noses and minds of many. ;-)
