Huh? The birth announcement means nothing.

The Honolulu papers made their announcements based on information they got from the Hawaii Department of Health. So unless you are telling me the HDH was disseminating information on births in Kenya, the announcements mean a great deal.

Especailly when they are combined with all the other evidence that you refuse to acknowledge.

What PhD guy?

Oh, so you're not basing your assertions on his analysis. Good. Forget about him. He's not worth your time.

The COLB is a fake.

Prove it.

Turns out that, on the very same tape, she says that he was born in Hawaii.

The affidavits answer that issue. Have you read them?

I'm sure this is unrelated to her changing her story: Kenya gags Obama’s extended family

I'm sure this was all just a big misunderstanding as well: Excerpts from Kenya's Parliament on Nov. 5, 2008

Remember this from Fight The Smears?: “As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children. Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4, 1982.”

But just because Obama has openly admitted he was a dual citizen of the UK/Kenya from 1961 to 1982, nearly half of his life, I'm sure that has absolutely no bearing on his loyalties...

The COLB is a shody fake. His attorneys claimed factcheck.org as proof which is laughable. More proof he is incapable of proving he was born in the USA. Keep trying.

What is a FS-240?

I'm sorry. I assumed that you had an understanding of the types of birth documentation and birth certificates. And FS-240 is also known as a Consular Report of Birth Abroad.

An FS-240 would have been issued to Mama Obama by the U.S. Embassy if in fact Barack were born in Kenya.

Without that FS-240 Mama Obama could not have gotten Baby Obama out of Kenya and into the United States or any other country.

Again, please accept my apologies, I thought for a moment that you were acquainted with such basic knowledge of international travel, immigration and citizenship procedures.

Oh I accept your apologies and thanks for the info. I am quite sure I have visited more foreign countries than you have. Thanks again.

How many additional lawyers are on the Obama staff?

Interesting, I would expect a person that has travelled a great deal overseas to know the term FS-240 and to understand that a person, even an infant cannot get through Immigration and Customs without such documentation.

So, unless Mama Obama stuffed Baby Obama in her carry on bag, there is no way that Baby Obama could have gotten to the United States from Kenya.

I think if he produced a Certificate of Live Birth that showed he was born in Hawaii, birthers would insist it was a forgery. The NBC argument would continue.

Yup. I've also listened to the full tape, which demonstrates the affidavits to be a complete and total joke.

And yes, Obama was a dual citizen at birth, but that does not affect his eligibility.

I never said I travelled with infants.

Well, you do understand that in order to travel from one country to another, a person must show their passport or some other documentation?

Now, if you believe that Obama was born in Kenya, you must have some theory as to how Mama Obama got Baby Obama into the United States.

My sister was born in Denmark but our parents are US citizens. My sister had dual citizenship until she turned 18, at which time her Danish citizenship was extinguished. Except for her birth and shortly thereafter, she has never been to Denmark, doesn’t speak Danish, has no interest in Denmark, and has no desire to go there on vacation, and has no loyalties to Denmark. She is a US citizen, period.

This is what I did. I showed my passport and sometimes they stammped it. I was not transporting any African babies or toddlers.

It was 1961 and he was an infant leaving a British colony. She could have gotten on the plane and just said he was an infant. Anyone asked any questions she handed them 10 pounds and she was off. Any Kenyan documents are sealed as are any State Dept or INS docs. You will not get them now.

The announcements are meaning less.

Wrong. They are meaningful, and I already told you why. Repeating the same thing over and over again, without engaging your opponent's argument, is a sure way of losing a debate.

The address listed wa a phony too.

Another birther myth that's never been substantiated.

All the other evidence? What evidence?

Go read my post above.

The birth announcement is meaningless. Grandma could have called the paper or the state could have posted it from his real COLB showing he was born in Kenya.

And do you have any evidence that such an event took place?

As for me, I was born overseas and as an infant traveled on my mom's passport. Inside her U.S. Passport was a picture of me and a copy of my FS-240.

There was no way my parents could have gotten me into the United States or any other country without such documentation.

Yes, you are correct.

That same situation applies to me.

However, even if your sister would apply for a Danish Passport, she would in no way harm her status as a Natural Born Citizen.

Do you have any evidence it did not take place. O and hist attorneys credibility is zero with the fake COLB and the factcheck.org web site listed in a court filing as proof.

He continues to provide evidence that shows he is a hiding something. All he has to do is provide the docs which he has not done. He has also sealed all of his other records because he is a hiding more things.
