How do you spend $460 billion by passing tax cuts, business tax relief and tax-payer reductions?

You "spend" that money by not accepting that revenue. Reduce taxes by an equivilent of 460 Billion, and watch the economy jump start it self.

I think that, for the most part, Freepers understand the concept. I’m not certain the congress-critters do.

If you to jump on a bandwagon that will really jumpstart the economy...press for the month of April to be a federal tax holiday.
