I wonder how they caught him: Forgot his drop gun? No baggie of marijuana to plant on a suspect? Failure to sufficiently beat a perp?

For 5 hours, the streets of Chicago were probably safer, or at least the bad guys stood a better chance of being shot on sight.

James L. Harris, Miami-Dade stole buses, picked up passengers, returned the bus with the fare money multiple times until caught. Go figure?

Chicago seems famous for this. Another person walked into the Chicago democrat party headquarters and was assigned duty as president of the United States. Hasn’t been caught yet.

Gad zooks that’s funny. I didn’t watch the local news the last couple days.

Chicago PD are clowns.

Maybe he was in the car I saw driving the wrong way on a one way street for no reason the other day. (actually they do that a lot)
