Where do we put the Gitmo detainees?

Where do we put the Gitmo detainees? I have four suggestions:

By Raffle: Write all the cities' names that had 90 percent or more votes for Obama on pieces of paper. Put them in a hat, and let President Obama pick the winner.

Washington, D.C.: With three electoral votes, it had the highest percentage (93 percent) of votes for Obama.

Hawaii: It had the highest state percentage (72 percent) of votes for Obama. It is the birthplace of our president. It is not part of the continental U.S. In fact, the island of Niihau, or "the Forbidden Isle," would be an ideal choice. It is off-limits to the general public, but not the Navy or government officials.

Iraq: Let the courts that tried Saddam Hussein deal with the suspected terrorists.

John Boehner actually suggested that Alcatraz might be a good place for the Gitmo prisoners on Meet The Press this morning.

Unfortunately, it won't happen, but I think that would be an ideal spot for them. Either there, or Hawaii.

I say we put them in the Boy Scout headquarters that the city of Philadelphia took over.

House them at Thule Air Base, Greenland.

Then leave the doors unlocked and have no guards, let them escape... into the sub-zero, frigid wasteland of northern Greenland.

About an hour later, send out a truck and bring back the terroricles.

Y’know...I remember reading a novel...can’t remember the name...where a couple big nukes were going to be blown if all the big terror suspects held in US jails weren’t released. The government was lobbied to capitulate by one guy, some ‘Beltway genius’. So, the government caved, and according to the terrorists demands, they were put aboard a 747 bound for Libya.

Unbeknownst to everyone, the man who’d lobbied for the government to let the terrorists go had an ulterior motive. Once the plane had taken off from (I think it was) La Guardia, the same guy was waiting on a rooftop near the climb-out zone...with a couple Stinger shoulder-fired AA missiles. He managed to pop both of the them off, they both hit the plane, and the flaming plane crashed into the ocean, killing all the terrorist scum aboard. (He then left a suicide note and threw himself off the building as the cops arrived.)

Except for the suicide, it almost might work in a situation like this.
