Day 1 and 2 : The Greatest Fraud in American History
Day 3 : The Greatest Fraud in American History
Day 4 : The Greatest Fraud in American History
ABC did two cut-aways during Soetoro's acceptance speech. The first was a shot of the tribal village in Kogelo, Kenya - the place where his grandmother publicly declared she witnessed his birth. This was then followed by a shot of children in an Indonesian classroom setting watching a broadcast of Barry taking the oath of office - the school where it is reported that enrollment is limited to children of Indonesian citizens - the same school attended by Barry while his family lived in Indonesia.
How did ABC/Disney know to put their camera's at these specific locations?
We have entrusted our nation to a man who has the singular authority to send or withdraw our our military forces anywhere in the world; direct or redirect the massive power of the federal government to do his bidding with the stroke of a pen; share our cutting edge military technology with anyone and everyone.
We have done this on the hope and a prayer that he is not a real life Manchurian candidate already compromised by a past he is narcissistically hiding from one and all.
In brief : Is Barry Soetoro ( aka Barack Hussein Obama ) so wacked out that he willingly compromised himself and compromised the national security of these united States of America for a seat in the Oval Office?
Refusing inspection of his original birth certificate would deny Soetoro membership in the Secret Service; the FBI and the CIA - three agencies he now controls. Is this control also up for grabs?
Americans are shouting these questions on deaf ears.
Not even talk radio will touch it.
Watch him drop all his “transparency” rhetoric as soon
as he is challenged to release all the records , including
the Birth Certificate, he has so far managed to withhold.
Withhold with the blessing of all those who voted for him, and all those pathetic lackeys on his “team”.

I have to disagree. Social security is the greatest fraud in American history. Obama will never come close to that.

It appears it was more important to elect a black president than to uphold the Constitution.
I will NEVER trust the media again.
And John McCain should be ashamed of himself.
Any Republican who endorsed John McCain should resign out of sheer, utter shame and disgrace. And that includes some people that I once had respect for.
True.. because of (SSA)-social security, America has been a socialist country for a long time now.. Its very hard to find a republican that will/would return a federal government check.. if you can even FIND ONE..
America has allowed their children to be brain washed as socialists in high schools and colleges for several decades now.. O'bama's election is strange in that it took so long to happen.. So much so, that it would be hard to even find a non-socialist professor in academia.. in ANY college..
Tyrant = a sovereign or other ruler who has taken power and rules through illegal means
Ever stop to think what life would be like without SSN’s. What if FDR hadn’t come up with this scheme? Imagine not having a number that follows you to the grave.
Great idea for a thread. Please, keep it going. I will give what support I can.

A lawyer working on a case before the U.S. Supreme Court that challenges the eligibility of President Obama is raising concerns over a meeting between the defendant in the case and the judges who are expected to review it.
The case is one of many brought before U.S. courts that allege Obama doesn't meet the "natural born" requirement of the U.S. Constitution for the president. It's one of about half a dozen that have reached the U.S. Supreme Court, which already has declined to grant hearings to several cases.
Orly Taitz, whose case is scheduled to be heard tomorrow in a conference among justices a private meeting at which they review cases and decide whether they should hold a hearing confirmed on her website today that a supplemental brief in her arguments had been distributed.
But the website also reported she "had to explain many of us citizens are also concerned about the eight out of nine justices meeting privately with Mr. Obama (while the cases are pending)."
The blog continued, "No reporters were allowed. No attorneys were invited on behalf of the plaintiffs. This causes many of us citizens to question the rules of judicial ethics and causes us to question the impartiality on behalf of the justices."
The report said "quite a number of people" have raised their questions with their U.S. representatives over the issues.
According to a CBS report, Obama visited the Supreme Court before his inauguration at the invitation of Chief Justice John Roberts. The report described it as a protocol visit.
According to a separate published report, Obama and then-Vice President-elect Joe Biden met in a court conference room with Roberts and seven other justices for about 45 minutes.
The report said the only absent justice was Samuel Alito.
Where's the proof Barack Obama was born in the U.S. or that he fulfills the "natural-born American" clause in the Constitution? If you still want to see it, join more than 215,000 others and sign the petition demanding proof of eligibility now!
The supplemental documents in the Taitz case cite an executive order concerning qualifications issued by President Bush Jan. 16.
"This action is seeking the mandate for the U.S. State Department, the FBI and the Director of the Personnel Department to seek the documents for verifying Obama's legitimacy as president and also his citizenship of the United States," the blog reported.
The Supreme Court document reveals that the Taitz case is scheduled for conference tomorrow, and her supplemental briefs have been distributed to the justices.
Taitz said her arguments rest on precedents from both the California Supreme Court, which years ago removed a candidate for president from the ballot because he was only 34, and the U.S. Supreme Court's affirmation of the ruling. The Constitution requires a president to be 35. Her case raises the issue of Obama's birthplace and citizenship status, which also are specified in the Constitution.
The lawsuits allege in various ways that Obama does not meet the "natural born citizen" clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, which reads, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."
Some [ his grandmother : she declared she witnessed Soetoro's birth ( see above photo ) ] allege his birth took place in Kenya, and his mother was a minor at the time of his birth too young to confer American citizenship. They argue Obama's father, Barack Obama Sr., was a Kenyan citizen subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time and would have handed down British citizenship.
There also are questions raised about Obama's move to Indonesia when he was a child and his attendance at school there when only Indonesian citizens were allowed and his travel to Pakistan in the '80s when such travel was forbidden to American citizens.
One case, handled by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, is seeking Obama's school records from Occidental College, which could reveal if Obama attended class on aid intended for foreign students.
Another lawyer working on similar allegations, Philip J. Berg, has written to Congress seeking an investigation, while Taitz's filings have been before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Berg, whose information is on his ObamaCrimes.com website, said the issue isn't going to disappear.
Others agreed.
"Should Senator Obama be discovered, after he takes office, to be ineligible for the Office of President of the United States of America and, thereby, his election declared void," argues a California case brought on behalf of Ambassador Alan Keyes, also a presidential candidate. "Americans will suffer irreparable harm in that (a) usurper will be sitting as the President of the United States, and none of the treaties, laws, or executive orders signed by him will be valid or legal."
WND twice has organized opportunities for readers to send FedEx letters to the Supreme Court, asking for consideration of the issue on its merits.
The most recent campaign generated 12,096 messages, following the earlier effort that resulted in 60,128 letters.
Obama has claimed in his autobiography and elsewhere that he was born in Hawaii in 1961 to parents Barack Hussein Obama Sr., a Kenyan national, and Stanley Ann Dunham, a minor. But details about which hospital handled the birth and other details provided on the complete birth certificate have been withheld by Obama despite lawsuits and public demands for release.
Meanwhile, a separate report has emerged in the Buffalo, N.Y., News about a woman who said she recalled being told about Obama's birth in Hawaii. Barbara Nelson reported she was having a dinner with Dr. Rodney T. West, an obstetrician, when he discussed the birth of a baby boy to Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mother.
She said she later taught Obama as a high school student in Hawaii.
WND senior reporter Jerome Corsi went to both Kenya and Hawaii prior to the election to investigate issues surrounding Obama's birth. But his research and discoveries only raised more questions [ due in part to his being detained and the Kenya government's refusal to allow Corsi any freedom of movement.
The biggest question was why, if a Hawaii birth certificate exists as his campaign has stated, Obama hasn't simply ordered it made available to settle the rumors.
The [democrat] governor's office in Hawaii said there is a valid certificate but rejected requests for access and left ambiguous its origin: Does the certificate on file with the Department of Health indicate a Hawaii birth or was it generated after the Obama family registered a Kenyan birth in Hawaii?
The [Soetoro] signed three [alleged] executive orders. The first sets a deadline for closing the prison and kicks off a review process to deal with relocating, releasing or prosecuting the remaining detainees. It halts the military commissions set up to try prisoners and requires that conditions at the facility until its closure be humane.
Deciding to close the prison is simply the first step in a long, complicated process to determine the fate of its 250 inmates, many of whom have been held for years without trial.
The United States wants to try about 80 of the prisoners on terrorism charges. It has cleared 50 other detainees for release but cannot return them to their home countries because of the risk they could be tortured or persecuted there.
HUMANE TREATMENT, NO MORE SECRET DETENTION
A second order requires the CIA to close secret detention centers overseas that generated controversy in Europe, and prohibits creation of such sites in the future.
It also ( alleges ) mandates that interrogations of prisoners follow the U.S. Army Field Manual guidelines, which ensures that detainees get humane treatment under the Geneva Convention -- something Bush had said was not necessary.
The order also creates a task force to study rendition policies for transferring prisoners to other countries.
A third order creates a task force of top Cabinet members to conduct a broad review of detainee policy going forward, with a report due to be received by [Soetoro] within 180 days. The final [allged] order assures that Ali Saleh Kahlah al-Marri, a prisoner now held in South Carolina, will get the same review as prisoners at Guantanamo.
The prison was established at a U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States.
The Globe had a front page story on the COLB issue.
If there is one thing the gutter press cares more about than worshiping at the feet of Obama it is money. This is the biggest story for decades. My guess is that most of them will not want to be left out.
Good thing Obama is closing the place, eh? Gitmo Recidivism Update: "Freed by U.S., Saudi Becomes a Qaeda Chief," by Robert F. Worth for the New York Times, January 22 (thanks to James):
BEIRUT, Lebanon The emergence of a former Guantánamo Bay detainee as the deputy leader of Al Qaedas Yemeni branch has underscored the potential complications in carrying out the executive order President Obama signed Thursday that the detention center be shut down within a year. The militant, Said Ali al-Shihri, is suspected of involvement in a deadly bombing of the United States Embassy in Yemens capital, Sana, in September. He was released to Saudi Arabia in 2007 and passed through a Saudi rehabilitation program for former jihadists before resurfacing with Al Qaeda in Yemen.
That Saudi program works great!
His status was announced in an Internet statement by the militant group and was confirmed by an American counterterrorism official.
Theyre one and the same guy, said the official, who insisted on anonymity because he was discussing an intelligence analysis. He returned to Saudi Arabia in 2007, but his movements to Yemen remain unclear. [...]
The lesson here is, whoever receives former Guantánamo detainees needs to keep a close eye on them, the American official said....
Uh, yeah.

NEW YORK (AP) News organizations that cover the White House sparred with the Obama administration on Thursday over access issues for photographers and rules for briefings.
Representatives from Obama's press office held a conference call with photo editors, who are concerned that the administration prefers distributing photos taken by a White House photographer in cases where photojournalists have been permitted access in the past. It was unclear whether the two sides had reached any accommodation.
The Associated Press, Reuters and Agence France-Presse refused to distribute photos taken by the White House of the new president on his first day in the Oval Office because of the dispute. Still photographers were also not given access to Obama's do-over oath of office administered Wednesday night by Chief Justice John Roberts and [there was a photog blackout of] an economics meeting on Thursday.
Television network bureau chiefs also protested the exclusion of video cameras from the second oath of office.
"We're in an awkward phase and there will be bumps in the road," said Christopher Isham, CBS News Washington bureau chief. "Hopefully they will be speed bumps rather than obstacles."
Four reporters witnessed the oath of office and shared their observations with others, and a White House photo was released.
"We think it was done in a way that was upfront and transparent," [???] White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said in a briefing when questioned why video cameras were not present.
Pressed on the matter, Gibbs said, "we would have had to get a bigger room." [BARF]
The Associated Press also questioned on Thursday why reporters were not allowed to use the names of administration officials giving a background briefing on issues regarding the Guantanamo Bay detention center in Cuba.
Background briefings are hardly new in Washington, and were frequently conducted during the Bush and Clinton administrations. But the AP wanted to establish early with the administration that it's important to get information on the record as often as possible, said Michael Oreskes, managing editor for U.S. news.
"Information is a lot more valuable to the public if you know where it's coming from," Oreskes said. "So we try very hard in all source situations to identify sources as fully as we can."
Gibbs did not directly address the issue when asked about it later, saying that "I hope that you all found the exercise that we did the morning helpful." [Helpful? Right!...if your intent is to delete 'free' from "free press"!!!]
Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them. The two forms are:
Taqiyya - Saying something that isn't true.
Kitman - Lying by omission. An example would be when Muslim apologists quote only a fragment of verse 5:32 (that if anyone kills "it shall be as if he had killed all mankind") while neglecting to mention that the rest of the verse (and the next) mandate murder in undefined cases of "corruption" and "mischief."
Though not called Taqiyya by name, Muhammad clearly used deception when he signed a 10-year treaty with the Meccans that allowed him access to their city while he secretly prepared his own forces for a takeover. The unsuspecting residents were conquered in easy fashion after he broke the treaty two years later, and some of the people in the city who had trusted him at his word were executed. ( See Sura (9:3) - ( "...Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters..." ).
Another example of lying is when Muhammad tricked the leader of an opposing tribe with whom he was not at war to leave his town on the pretext of meeting with him at Medina. Usayr ibn Zarim traveled with thirty men who were unarmed because of Muhammad's guarantee of safety. They were easily massacred by the prophet's assassins.
Today's Muslims often try to justify Muhammad's murder of poets and others who criticized him at Medina by saying that they broke a treaty by their actions. Yet, these same apologists place little value on treaties broken by Muslims. From Muhammad to Saddam Hussein, promises made to non-Muslim are distinctly non-binding in the Muslim mindset.
The 9/11 hijackers practiced deception by going into bars and drinking alcohol, thus throwing off potential suspicion that they were fundamentalists plotting jihad. This effort worked so well, in fact, that even weeks after 9/11, John Walsh, the host of a popular American television show, said that their bar trips were evidence of 'hypocrisy.'
The transmission from Flight 93 records the hijackers telling their doomed passengers that there is "a bomb on board" but that everyone will "be safe" as long as "their demands are met." Obviously none of these things were true, but these men, who were so intensely devoted to Islam that they were willing to "slay and be slain for the cause of Allah" (as the Qur'an puts it) saw nothing wrong with employing Taqiyya in order to facilitate their mission of mass murder.
Finally, the circumstances by which Muhammad allowed a believer to lie are limited to those that either advance the cause of Islam or enable a Muslim to avoid harm to his well-being (and presumably that of other Muslims as well). Although this should be kept very much in mind when dealing with matters of global security, such as Iran's nuclear intentions, it is not grounds for assuming that the Muslim one might personally encounter on the street or in the workplace is any less honest than anyone else.
