When Neil Goldschmidt was Mayor he “did” a neighbor girl who was baby-sitting for him. It didn’t come out until after he had finished his term as Governor. The statute of limitations had expired so he was never prosecuted (she was underage at the time) but he still had to move out of the state and his official portrait has been relegated to the basement of the Capitol Building.
