As far as I can tell, he still has. The keep sending them to conference and then rejecting them without ever considering the substance of the claims.

Oh be prepared for a bunch of posts here from Obot moles and their sympathizers saying SCOTUS will do nothing. Roberts would have turned it away. I think Thomas and Scalia get it and probably Roberts and Alito also get it. The question is will Kennedy. Steve Pidgeon’s case will be hitting SCOTUS next and Steve is trying to get more physical evidence.

The conference called by Roberts is scheduled for 1/23 Yeah... scheduled for 3 days after Barry Soretaro Hussein Barak Obama whatever his name is will already be crowned/sworn in. These cases should have been pushed long before the election even arrived. These should have been pushed back in the primaries. Waiting later just gave Obama time to get sworn in - a position that he will not be removed from... The US Supreme court doesn't have the guts to trigger what any attempt they might make to remove him would cause (even beyond the constitutional nightmare). And if they were to refer it to congress to handle through impeachment - the liberals there won't touch it with a 10 foot pole. Ladies and gentlemen - we are now living in a country where the very foundational document that was set up to regulate government has been suspended. Senators are being put in office in spite of corruption, bribery, felonies, and even blatant election theft. We are seeing exactly the type of tyranny our founding fathers included the 2nd Amendment to counter. Too bad our population has grown fat and reliant on the government and is too apathetic to take action. And the clowns who are in control know it.

Some individual or some group should offer Obama a million dollars to prove he's a naturalized citizen. At a salary of $475,000 per year, it'd be more than his first two years in office.
Honey vs Vinegar when it comes to catching bees. He hasn't responded to the vinegar, try honey. If he balks at a million dollars, try convincing anyone that an authentic certificate exists. Bada boom.

Philp Berg had previously been granted conference hearings, scheduled this Friday, 1/9 and on 1/16. I'm lost, so did Berg get a hearing today (1/09)?

Actually if Roberts has joined the fray I am a bit more energized. He is the most believably, trustworthy of the whole bunch, IMHO. I really do have a lot of trust in Roberts.
